Registration fees
Please select the registration option for your participation category and publication plans. Each conference registration covers one participant and one accepted conference paper in the Conference Proceedings, with its abstract included in the Book of Abstracts.

*The amount in the journal publication column is the total fee for conference registration and publication of one extended conference paper accepted by a participating journal.
In-person registration includes
- Attendance at the conference sessions and presentation of the registered paper
- Publication of one accepted conference paper and its abstract
- Conference Proceedings and Book of Abstracts
- Snacks and refreshments during the sessions
- Gala dinner
Virtual registration includes
- Online participation via Zoom, including presentation and discussion
- Publication of one accepted conference paper and its abstract
- Digital Conference Proceedings and Book of Abstracts
Accompanying persons
The €50 fee includes snacks, refreshments and the gala dinner.
Travel, accommodation and the optional conference trip are paid for separately for all participants and accompanying persons.
Additional papers and co-authors
Each conference paper must be covered by a registered author’s fee. Every co-author attending the conference, in person or virtually, must register separately.
- Additional conference paper: €50 per paper. This applies to each additional paper covered by the same participant’s registration and includes its publication in the Conference Proceedings and inclusion of its abstract in the Book of Abstracts.
- The additional conference paper fee does not apply if the paper is already covered by another registered co-author’s fee.
- Additional accepted extended journal paper: €100 per paper.
Journal publication
Journal publication is optional. Authors wishing to publish an extended version of their conference paper should indicate their interest on the conference registration form. After the conference, the Organizing Committee will contact interested authors with further instructions.

Registration and payment
Please complete the conference registration form and send it to serbiatrib@fink.rs, stating your selected registration option and the Submission IDs of all papers covered by your registration.
- In-person registration and any additional conference paper fees can be paid in advance or at the registration desk.
- Virtual registration and any additional conference paper fees must be paid before participation.
- For the journal publication option, pay the conference registration fee first. The remaining balance is payable after the extended paper has been accepted by the journal. Fees for additional accepted extended journal papers are also payable after acceptance.
For advance payments, any bank charges must be covered by the participant. For payments in euros, please follow the payment instructions below.
